Revecore is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Accounts Specialist to provide a high level of service for hospital accounts, updating patient records and coordinating between claims representatives and providers.

This role supports timely issue resolution, requires basic Excel/Word skills, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to work independently from a home office in the United States with a reliable internet connection.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and internal applications.
• Strong computer navigation skills and ability to use multiple software programs simultaneously.

Aufgaben

• Provides high level of service to meet company commitments and objectives to facilitate timely resolution of client accounts.
• Updates patient accounts with information from hospitals and follows up with Contact Specialist.
• Monitors requests to ensure they do not age beyond day.
• Assists IT in resolving access issues.
