Job summary

Bosley HairClub, the world’s leading aesthetic medicine practice, is expanding in the Greater DC area and offering a rewarding sales career. You will leverage 3–5 years of consultative experience to connect with patients, assess needs, and close opportunities at multiple Bosley locations.

The role includes a competitive base salary with uncapped commissions, comprehensive benefits, and travel to cover in-person consultations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of consultative sales experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
• Travel to cover and conduct in-person consultations at other Bosley locations as needed.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person consultations at Bosley locations.
• Build rapport with patients, assess needs, and drive action to meet targets.
• Maintain professionalism and poise under pressure while achieving sales goals.
• Travel to cover multiple locations as required.

Previous 3-5 years of consultative experience required. Esthetics, hair, dental sales experience a plus.

Compensation: With a competitive base salary and an uncapped commission structure, top earners in this role can achieve $250,000 - $300,000+ per year.
