Job summary

Bosley Inc. seeks a motivated Patient Counselor in Chevy Chase, MD to support our office and engage patients through consultative conversations. You will build rapport, assess needs, and guide patients toward suitable aesthetic solutions.

Role requires travel to other Bosley locations as needed, unrestricted work authorization, and a Bachelor’s Degree (preferred). Excellent communication in English, with Spanish a plus, is desirable.

Qualifications

• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Travel to cover and conduct in-person consultations at other Bosley locations.
• Quick study with ability to build rapport and create urgency to drive action.
• Ability to work with patients, physicians and team members professionally.

Responsibilities

• Support the Chevy Chase office as a Patient Counselor, helping patients throughout the consultation process.
• Build rapport, assess patient needs, and drive action toward treatment options.
• Travel to Bosley locations to cover consultations as needed.

Salary Range: $135,000.00 To $180,000.00 Annually

$1500 Sign-on Bonus

Previous 3-5 years of consultative experience required. Esthetics, hair, dental sales experience a plus.
