Job summary

Bosley HairClub Raleigh is seeking a full‑time sales professional to join our expanding team. You will drive revenue with a consultative approach to aesthetic medicine and leverage a base salary plus uncapped commissions, with top performers earning $200,000+ per year.

Travel to cover and conduct in-person consultations at other Bosley locations may be required, and a DMV record is required. We offer a competitive benefits package and a dynamic work environment in Raleigh, NC.

Qualifications

• Consultative sales experience required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Salary Range: $175,000.00 To $200,000.00 Annually

Previous 3-5 years of consultative experience required. Esthetics, hair, dental sales experience a plus.

Compensation: With a competitive base salary and an uncapped commission structure, top earners in this role can achieve $200,000+ per year.
