Job summary

Bosley HairClub in the Greater DC area is seeking a full-time sales professional to drive patient consultations and close opportunities with an uncapped commission structure and a base salary in the 250k–300k range. Travel to cover in-person consultations at other Bosley locations is required.

A Bachelor's degree is preferred and bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus. We offer comprehensive benefits and 401k match, PTO, and more for a rewarding career.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of consultative sales experience is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with patients, assess needs, and create urgency to drive action.
• Conduct in-person consultations at Bosley locations as needed.
• Meet and exceed targets with an uncapped commission structure.
• Collaborate with physicians and team members to deliver care.

Salary Range: $250,000.00 To $300,000.00 Annually

Previous 3-5 years of consultative experience required. Esthetics, hair, dental sales experience a plus.
