ImageCare Radiology is seeking a Full-Time Greeter to warmly welcome patients as the first point of contact in our Newark area centers. You will help with check-in, door access, and guiding elderly patients with iPads, ensuring a calm, efficient start to each visit.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality settings preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially with elderly or stressed patients.
• Comfortable using tablets/iPads and guiding others through tech steps.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and be the first point of contact in the waiting area.
• Maintain a welcoming, calm waiting room environment.
• Open doors and assist with mobility when needed, especially for elderly patients.
• Assist patients with iPad check-in and tech questions in a patient, clear manner.
• Inform patients about next steps and coordinate with staff for smooth flow.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and protect patient information.
