Job summary

ImageCare Radiology in New Jersey is seeking a friendly Full-Time Greeter to welcome patients and manage the front desk experience. You will guide patients, assist with check-in on iPads, open doors, and help ensure a calm, organized waiting area.

Ideal candidates have healthcare or hospitality experience, strong interpersonal skills, and a patient, communicative approach. This role supports staff and contributes to a smooth patient flow in our outpatient centers.

Qualifications

• Healthcare or clinical customer service experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfortable guiding elderly patients with iPads and tech.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for patients entering the waiting room.
• Maintain waiting room ambiance, cleanliness, and comfort.
• Open doors and assist patients, especially elderly or mobility-challenged.
• Assist patients with navigating iPads for check-in.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth patient flow and address concerns.
• Protect patient confidentiality per HIPAA and company policies.
• Perform other related duties as required.
