Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a polite, prompt manner and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Answer telephones, take messages, schedule appointments and registrations.
• Verify insurance coverage and collect payments as needed.
• Maintain patient charts, file and scan documents, and prepare referrals.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect patient information.
• Assist with general office duties and maintain a clean waiting area.
