Qualifications

• Education: High School Degree or Equivalent Work Experience: 0-6months.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and patients upon arrival and direct them to appropriate areas.
• Provide high level of customer service across inpatient and outpatient Concierge units.
• Act as liaison between patients, family members, visitors and clinical team members.
• Facilitate hotel accommodations and access to Chaplin and community social services.
