USPI Williamson Surgery Center is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Round Rock, TX. The role includes admitting patients, processing paperwork, updating demographics, collecting payments, and answering calls, with a focus on smooth daily flow.

Schedule is weekdays only, 5am–1:30pm, with occasional early mornings or late evenings based on surgical schedule; no holidays, weekends, or on-call requirements.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• 1–3 years' experience in a medical setting (hospital, physician's office, or surgery center) is required.

Responsibilities

• Admit patients and process their paperwork.
• Update patient demographics and information in the system.
• Collect monies due and document in the billing system.
• Answer incoming phone calls.
• Maintain front desk area and coordinate with physicians and staff.
