United Surgical Partners International, Inc. is seeking a friendly front desk receptionist to greet patients, verify insurance, enter data, and handle routine office tasks in a busy ambulatory care setting.

You will answer phones, file charts, scan documents, process medical records requests, and assist with billing and payments. Shift is Day with hours 8 am–5 pm and rotating Saturdays; prior healthcare business office experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED.
• Prior healthcare business office experience preferred.
• Demonstrated customer service skills.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records.
• Medical terminology.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Greets and checks patients at the front desk and performs a variety of office duties.
• Answers phones and enters data into the computer.
• Verifies and files insurance; scans charts.
• Processes requests for medical records; billing and accepting payments.
