Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking a Medical Office Receptionist for our Denver, NC location. You will manage front office daily activities, ensuring quality customer service for in-person and remote patients and clinicians.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required; associates/bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in healthcare operations, customer service, or similar role.
• Strong multitasking and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check patients in/out in a courteous manner.
• Manage front desk and patient payment/billing questions.
• Assist telehealth access and patient portal issues.
• Coordinate with clinicians and support schedules.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the front office.
