Job summary

Ohel Children's Home and Family Service in Far Rockaway seeks a reliable, personable and well organized individual to support our Outpatient Clinic. You will answer phones, greet and register clients, collect co-pays and input psychiatrist schedules in our EHR.

Proficiency in Word, Outlook and Excel, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task are essential. This part-time role Sundays 9:00 am–4:30 pm, with a competitive benefits package including a 403B and PTO.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Word, Outlook and Excel and excellent communication skills.
• Part-time Sunday schedule: 9:00 am to 4:30 pm.
• Experience with Electronic Health Records is a plus.
