Job summary

TriHealth Bethesda North Hospital in Montgomery, OH seeks a Guest Services Associate to provide a warm welcome at key access points, guide patients and visitors, and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced hospital environment.

You will be the first impression, use EPIC for patient information, and comply with HIPAA and TriHealth SERVE standards while collaborating with teams to keep lobbies clean, efficient, and welcoming.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years customer service experience required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to HIPAA standards and patient/guest/team member confidentiality.
• Guides guests to destinations or explains how to reach them.
• Performs hourly rounds to check for environmental concerns and escalates as needed.
• Acts as liaison between treatment teams and families/visitors in waiting areas; maintains waiting rooms and environment.
• Uses EPIC and other tools to provide patient and department information to guests.
• Welcomes all guests with a smile and embodies TriHealth SERVE behaviors.
