Job summary

Coury & Buehler Physical Therapy is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients across our North County offices in Brea, Anaheim, Orange and Tustin.

This full-time floater role requires excellent customer service, strong communication, and the ability to manage appointments, insurance explanations, and payments while keeping an organized reception area. You will support the clinic team and help deliver a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two or more years of experience in customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of customer service to patients and visitors.
• Greet patients and visitors in a welcoming, professional manner.
• Schedule patient appointments and manage the calendar.
• Update and maintain patient information in the EMR system.
• Collect copays and other payments at check-in/out.
• Explain insurance benefits and assist with questions.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area and answer questions.
• Process patient intake forms and support administrative tasks.
