ReVive Orthopedics Spine & Sports Medicine is seeking a reliable Part‑Time Front Desk Receptionist to support clinic operations at multiple front desks. The role emphasizes compassionate, detail‑oriented service, patient check‑in, scheduling, and front-desk responsibilities across clinic and ASC settings.

The ideal candidate will multitask in a fast-paced environment, maintain patient confidentiality, and use Athena and MS Office tools to ensure smooth operations and excellent patient service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree or certificate in medical office administration preferred.
• Experience in a healthcare setting (orthopedics or related) preferred.
• Familiarity with Athena and practice management systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors promptly and professionally.
• Verify patient information and ensure completion of forms.
• Manage patient registration, record updates, and HIPAA confidentiality.
• Schedule patient appointments using Athena, and send reminders via phone/email.
• Answer calls, direct inquiries, and maintain an organized front-desk environment.
• Assist with insurance verification and payments, including co-pays and balances.
• Serve as liaison between patients, clinicians, and admin staff.
• Adhere to clinical policies, protect patient privacy, and support quality improvements.
