Qualifications

• Minimum one year of relevant work experience, required.
• Minimum one year of customer service experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients within Bassett Healthcare Network.
• Provide administrative support to ambulatory care teams with excellent customer service.
• Schedule appointments, verify demographics and insurance, and collect payments when needed.
• Answer phones promptly and maintain confidential patient information.
