Dana Goldberg MD Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery is a premier plastic surgery and aesthetics practice in Jupiter, Florida, built around one goal: providing our patients with theultimate experience in plastic surgery and aesthetics.

Our practice brings together surgical and non-surgical aesthetics, including plastic surgery, injectables, advanced laser and energy-based treatments, skincare, body contouring, and hair restoration. We are continually growing, evolving, and bringing new technology and treatments to our patients.

We are looking for a warm, polished, motivatedPatient Conciergeto join our team.

More Than a Front Desk Position

Our Patient Concierges are an important part of the entire patient experience. You will often be the first person a patient speaks with and one of the familiar faces they continue to see throughout their relationship with our practice.

This role is perfect for someone who genuinely enjoys people, loves the aesthetics industry, takes pride in providing exceptional service, and wants to grow within a successful and fast-paced practice.

A background or strong interest in aesthetics, plastic surgery, medical aesthetics, skincare, or the beauty industry is highly preferred.

What You'll Do

• Create a warm, elevated experience for every patient who calls, messages, or walks through our doors
• Build relationships with patients and help guide them to the appropriate provider, treatment, or next step
• Manage scheduling and help maintain an organized and efficient patient flow
• Communicate with patients by phone, text, email, and in person
• Become knowledgeable about our surgical and non-surgical services so you can confidently answer general questions
• Work closely with our providers, patient coordinators, clinical staff, and leadership team
• Assist with day-to-day office operations and contribute wherever needed
• Maintain patient privacy and professionalism at all times
• Help us continually find ways to make the patient experience even better

Previous experience in aesthetics, plastic surgery, dermatology, a medical spa, luxury hospitality, concierge services, or a high-level customer service environment is preferred.
