HealthPartners in Minnesota is seeking a Switchboard Operator to join our patient communications team. You will handle incoming calls, route to departments, provide information, and assist with paging on-call physicians, code processing, and related services.

This role requires a strong multi-tasker with solid customer service skills, the ability to stay calm in emergencies, and attention to detail. Schedule: full-time, 40 hours weekly, 8:00 am–4:30 pm, every other weekend.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year client facing customer service required.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills and maintains emotional composure during emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Answer switchboard calls and route to appropriate departments.
• Provide patient information and paging on-call physicians.
• Respond to emergency alerts and alarms and activate proper response.
