Qualifications

• Minimum two years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to codes and alarms promptly and determine actions.
• Operate paging systems, physician registry, and overhead paging.
• Distribute pagers, telephones, and assistive devices to staff as needed.
• Maintain logs and document unusual circumstances per policy.
