As part of the fast-paced communications center, you will manage paging, monitor alarms, and ensure accurate information distribution while maintaining confidentiality and professional demeanor during full shifts.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred but not required.
• Computer and keyboarding skills required.
• A minimum of two years previous customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Handles busy communications center while providing excellent customer service.
• Monitors and responds to codes and alarms immediately and determines the appropriate action.
• Operates the Intellidesk system, incorporating paging, message retrieval and overhead paging.
• Makes changes to on-call schedules as needed.
• Records all pertinent information in the log book and incident book.
