• Receives, handles and routes revenue cycle inquiries and communications.
• Reviews patient accounts for insurance updates, rebills or further insurance/coding review.
• Sets up/monitors payment plans and documents actions on accounts.
• Provides information for financial assistance and communicates balances due.
• Maintains effective communication with patients, families and other team members.
