Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Research and secure payment for insurance accounts.
• Follow up daily accounts to reduce accounts receivable.
• Submit appeal letters on unpaid/underpaid claims.
• Contact insurance companies to follow up on denials.
• Handle patient calls and set up payment plans.
• Post payments and denials in the patient billing system.
• Maintain accurate statements and assist clinics as needed.
• Provide five-star customer service to patients and staff.
