Labcorp in Auburn, IN is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our patient service center team. You will perform venipuncture and capillary collections, collect specimens for drug screens and tests, and enter data accurately while providing excellent patient service.

The role requires a high school diploma, phlebotomy certification or equivalent, and 2+ years of phlebotomy experience with diverse age groups. You will work Monday–Friday 9:00am–6:00pm, with rotating Saturday shifts and potential overtime.

Competenze

High school diploma or equivalent.
Phlebotomy certification or completed training program from an accredited agency
2+ years phlebotomy experience with pediatric and geriatric patients
Proven track record of exceptional customer service
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently or in a team environment
Willingness to work overtime and travel to sites as needed

Mansioni

Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
Enter patient data accurately and timely
Process billing information and collect payments when required
Prepare collected specimens for testing and analysis
Maintain patient and specimen information logs
Provide superior customer service to all patients
Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary
Travel to additional sites when needed
