You will help build a service-oriented Pharmacy team, develop strong relationships with patients, and support safe, accurate, and efficient care to achieve optimal outcomes for patients, team members, and the company. The role emphasizes compassionate patient engagement, efficient order processing, and adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Eligible to obtain registration as pharmacy technician with the applicable state board of pharmacy.
• Experience: 0 to 6 months.
• Lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Age: at least 18 years.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and acknowledge them with compassion and a smile at all pharmacy entry points.
• Assist with processing orders in person and by phone, directing patients to products and referrals to the pharmacist as needed.
• Maintain a neat, clean work environment to meet company and regulatory requirements.
• Assist team with tasks to ensure the department runs efficiently.
• Use the pharmacy computer to complete actions for drop-off, will call, drive-thru, phone, filling, and order receiving.
• Transcribe prescription data to generate customer labels and manage inventory per policy.
