Job summary

Singlepoint Healthcare is seeking a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) to make a tangible difference in patient care. This role emphasizes attention to detail and strong customer service within a collaborative team.

You will support patients, assist pharmacists with orders and deliveries, and coordinate care across the pharmacy, under CST hours 9:00 am – 5:30 pm. Join a mission-driven environment focused on quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB, NHA, or equivalent) required.
• 0–2 years of experience preferred; specialty pharmacy or infusion a plus.
• Knowledge of insurance billing, prior authorizations, and pharmacy systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Patients - Check in with patients on medications, supplies, and side effects, while coordinating deliveries.
• Keep Things Moving - Assist pharmacists with order entry, delivery tickets, and referrals (including hospice).
• Be the Connection - Collaborate with pharmacists and referral sources for seamless care.
• Deliver Service - Answer calls, solve problems, and keep patients at the center of everything you do.
• Stay Sharp - Support quality, compliance, and improvement projects.
