Responsabilidades

• Acts as a medical secretary/receptionist for the front desk at a multi-specialty practice.
• Handles check in and check out of patients, collects payments and posts charges.
• Responsible for appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations.
• Responsible for appointment reminders, accurate data entry of all patient information, entering information into the EMR, updating demographics, and scanning records.
• Creates a professional and welcoming environment for Mercer Medicine.
