HCA Florida Trinity Hospital is seeking a Food & Nutrition Services Supervisor to lead patient food service teams and supervise the tray line, diet office, and related operations. This role emphasizes maintaining high standards and accurate tray preparation to align with diet orders and patient preferences.

Qualified candidates will have at least 3 years in food service within healthcare. The facility offers comprehensive benefits and a supportive, value-driven workplace environment.

Job Summary And Qualifications

We are currently recruiting for a Food & Nutrition Services Supervisor to join our team! As the Food & Nutrition Services Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising diet office and patient food service personnel. We are seeking a phenomenal addition like you who feels patient care is as meaningful as we do.

What you will do in this role

• You will be responsible for supervising all patient food service activities, including patient tray line, diet office, floor stock, and reprocessing operations.
• You will maintain and improve standards of food service.
• You will assist in maintaining and improving patient food service procedures.
• You will ensure that department areas, equipment and machinery are set-up to work at appropriate levels.
• You will evaluate patient menu selections and makes adjustments with diet order guidelines and patient preferences.
• You will inspect trays for 100% accuracy on tray line.
