Responsibilities

• Supervise all patient food service activities, including patient tray line, diet office, floor stock, and reprocessing operations.
• Maintain and improve standards of food service.
• Assist in maintaining and improving patient food service procedures.
• Ensure that department areas, equipment and machinery are set-up to work at appropriate levels.
• Evaluate patient menu selections and makes adjustments with diet order guidelines and patient preferences.
• Inspect trays for 100% accuracy on tray line.
