You will work with the kitchen team to ensure quality, safety, and patient-specific requests, with emphasis on HACCP and sanitation. One year scratch cook experience is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year scratch cook experience preferred.
• Healthcare/institutional cooking experience preferred.
• Strong food safety and sanitation knowledge.
• Ability to follow recipes and work well in a team.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals per standardized recipes.
• Assist with meal plating and presentation.
• Maintain HACCP and proper food safety records.
• Communicate quality/availability issues to management.
