Job summary

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers is seeking a patient-centered technician to administer TMS and esketamine therapies in Independence, OH. This full-time role involves direct patient care, meticulous record-keeping, and coordination of scheduling and billing within outpatient centers.

You will receive specialized training, work a Monday–Friday schedule, and contribute to a collaborative team focused on compassionate, evidence-based treatment for mood disorders.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, Associate’s Degree or Medical Assistant certification with significant related work experience.
• Clinical certification or equivalent credentials are required.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related Human Services field; 1+ year healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care: administer TMS and esketamine per guidelines, monitor responses, record psychiatric scales.
• Maintain patient well-being and accurate records: empathetic care, update EHR, manage scheduling and payments.
• Support operational efficiency: assist with insurance and billing processes.
