Responsibilities

• Manages all assigned key accounts and serves as liaison between internal departments and external accounts.
• Builds relationships and trust with accounts and Reliable Respiratory.
• Identifies opportunities to increase sales while maintaining customer service.
• Processes new and recurring orders via fax, phone, email, or in person following procedures.
• Verifies insurance information and documents in electronic health records system.
• Obtains insurance authorizations and triages equipment issues with patients.
