Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Patient- and Family-Centered Practice knowledge and collaboration with patients and designated care partners.
• Cultural awareness and ability to connect with diverse backgrounds.
• Effective communication enabling clear transmission of ideas with patients and families.
• Knowledge of patient assessment, care planning, and nursing diagnoses.
• Education for patients and designated care partners on conditions and recovery.
• Knowledge of medication administration and post-discharge care.
