Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

• Active RN license in the state of practice is required.

Responsibilities

• Partners with patients and families to identify learning needs and provide education.
• Uses health IT to document care and monitor outcomes for quality and safety.
