Job summary

Jefferson Health is seeking a dedicated registered nurse to provide patient- and family-centered care using the nursing process. You will develop individualized care plans in collaboration with patients and designated care partners, aligned with cultural values and preferences.

Responsibilities include education for patients and families, clinical teamwork, and contributing to safety, quality improvements, and interdisciplinary initiatives.

Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor’s Degree BSN or completion of BSN within 3 years of hire preferred.
• Active RN license in state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with co-workers, patients and families, delivering care consistent with Jefferson Health values.
• Partners with patients and families to identify learning needs and provide education.
• Uses information technology to communicate and monitor outcomes and support clinical decision making.
