Job summary

Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma from an accredited nursing program.
• Knowledge of patient- and family-centered care.
• Cultural awareness and respect for diverse backgrounds.
• Effective communication to convey information and collaborate with patients and families.
• Knowledge of nursing assessment and care planning.
• Familiarity with discharge planning and post-discharge needs.

Responsibilities
