Job summary

Talented Medicals Solution is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to provide patient-centered rehabilitation services in Scottsdale, AZ. The PT will evaluate patients, craft individualized plans, and apply therapeutic interventions to restore mobility and reduce pain.

The role requires licensed PT with DPT and BLS/CPR as required by policy; experience across acute, outpatient, inpatient rehab, SNF, home health, or specialty settings is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
• BLS/CPR certification as per facility policy.
• DPT degree or equivalent as required by state regulations.
• Experience in acute care, outpatient, inpatient rehab, SNF, home health, or specialty settings preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, documentation, and patient education skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.
• Monitor progress and modify plans as needed; document evaluations and outcomes.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on plans, exercises, and discharge needs.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
