Qualifications

• Diploma from an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• Certification as a Medical Assistant preferred or as required by State.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and escort patient to exam room and document medical history.
• Assist with patient flow to ensure timely visits.
• Support high-quality patient experience with strong communication.
• Prepare and conduct medical exams and procedures under supervision.
• Collect and prepare laboratory specimens and administer injections.
• Communicate instructions to patients and ensure understanding.
• Schedule tests, treatments, and follow-ups; relay results.
• Maintain exam rooms and sterilization; stock supplies.
• Triage calls and process messages; manage referrals.
• Other duties as assigned.
