Job summary

SourcePro Search, LLC invites a Family Medicine Physician to join a patient-centered, community-based organization. You will help shape clinical standards and policies and provide coordinated, high-quality care in a team-based setting.

The position offers relocation assistance and the opportunity to work under clinical leadership to ensure compliance with federal and state requirements. Washington licensure and board certification are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited medical school with residency training (ACGME-accredited) are preferred.
• Board certified in Family Medicine.
• Current Washington State medical license or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Render professional services within scope and in compliance with laws and standards.
• Provide continuous care and supervise diagnostic and treatment services.
• Stay current on CDC guidelines and infectious disease updates and disseminate to staff.
• Complete medical records timely per policy.
• Provide clinical consultation and be available for questions on diagnosis and treatment.
• Participate in peer review and maintain clinical privileges.
• Communicate with patients and colleagues and advocate for patient understanding.
• Identify opportunities to improve patient flow and care experience.
