• Adjusts treatment based on patient response and communicates with evaluating therapist.
• Implements patient-centered, occupation-based intervention plans.
• Documents communication in the daily note.
• Performs ROM measurements of elbow, wrist and hand.
• Provides ADL training including dressing and cooking skills.
• Performs ultrasound and fluidotherapy treatments.
• Maintains daily therapy EMR documentation and charging.
• Communicates with referring provider on patient progress.
