Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing unit activities and assist with patient and physician needs.
• Perform receptionist and clerical duties to support unit operations.
• Assist with orders, admissions, discharges, and transfers of patients.
• Maintain bed tracking and PCS systems up to date.
• Schedule central appointments and manage discharge paperwork.
• Review unit reports, file charts, and complete daily audits.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures and privacy guidelines.
• Support patient-family centered care and professional development on the unit.
• Order supplies and manage par levels in collaboration with operations.
• Promote a culture of safety and adhere to regulatory requirements.
