Qualifications

• Knowledge of HIS procedures and medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors and answer phones.
• Access and navigate EMR, schedule appointments, and prepare charts.
• Coordinate patient transport and manage unit inventory.
• Assemble and maintain patient charts from admission through discharge.
• Provide general clerical support and document handling.
• Assist in maintaining records and generating reports.
