Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• Experience in healthcare settings, especially treatment coordination or patient care, is desirable.
• Understanding of surgical guide treatment and healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

• Meet with patients to discuss treatment plans as outlined by the surgeon.
• Explain treatment procedures, potential outcomes, and financial obligations.
• Answer patient questions and address concerns about treatment options and plans.
• Provide educational materials and resources to help patients understand their treatment.
• Coordinate the scheduling of treatments, surgeries, and follow-up appointments.
• Ensure that all necessary pre-treatment steps, such as lab work or imaging, are completed.
• Review insurance coverage and assist patients with understanding their benefits.
• Coordinate with the billing department to manage insurance claims and payments.
• Develop and discuss payment plans for patients who require financial assistance.
