Job summary

Community Health Systems, Inc. is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support nursing staff in delivering patient-focused care. The role includes assisting with activities of daily living, collecting vital signs, and ensuring a safe, organized environment in Powell, TN.

Under supervision of a RN/LPN, the PCT will document findings, assist with feeding and mobility, and participate in performance improvement initiatives while maintaining confidentiality and PPE usage.

• Assist with positioning, ambulation, and use of mobility aids.
