WellNow Urgent Care is seeking a Patient Care Technician to support front-end and clinical operations across its urgent care locations. You will take patient histories, monitor vital signs, perform phlebotomy when certified, and assist providers with exams to ensure smooth patient flow.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience as a Patient Care Technician or similar role.
• Preferred experience in Urgent Care or Occupational Medicine.
• CPR certification is required.
• Experience with EMR systems and lab procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take patient history and record vital signs.
• Perform phlebotomy for lab samples if certified.
• Complete paperwork for lab tests and order entries.
• Perform point-of-care tests (strep, glucose, influenza, urinalysis).
• Assist providers with exams and testing and maintain patient flow.
