Job summary

Primary duties involve ADL care, vital signs, basic care tasks and collaboration with the nursing team to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• ADLs: hygiene, toileting, mobility, meals.
• Collect vital signs and daily weights.
• Perform point-of-care testing.
• Turn and reposition patients.
• Remove Foley catheter and peripheral IV as assigned.
• Assist with dressing and basic care procedures.
