Geisinger is seeking a Patient Care Technician to join our team on the nights shift. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate patient care, assist with ADLs, monitor vital signs, and support the care team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

On-the-job training is provided, with opportunities for growth and advancement within Geisinger. We offer a $1,500 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates, a minimum hiring rate of $18.94 per hour with increased rates for experience, and up to $3 per hour in

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• BLS/CPR certification within 6 months of hire.
• Experience not required; on-the-job training provided.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including hygiene, mobility, and meals.
• Take vital signs and daily weights; perform point-of-care testing.
• Support nursing staff with patient care duties and equipment checks.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort; document care provided and any changes in condition.
