The position supports licensed nurses in delivering high‑quality patient care, including basic duties, specimen handling, patient transport, and clerical tasks to ensure smooth unit operations. Full benefits apply from day one.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year related work experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide enhanced patient care under the direction of a licensed nurse.
• Assist with activities of daily living and patient safety watches.
• Transcribe and process orders, coordinate transportation for tests.
• Perform point-of-care testing and assist in lab specimen handling.
• Support unit staff with clerical duties and equipment maintenance.
