Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides clear, timely communication to the RN regarding observations and changes.
• Assists patients with daily living activities such as personal hygiene and meals.
• Takes and records vital signs and performs other health checks.

Skills

Ability to read, write, and communicate in English clearly

Basic computer skills

Knowledge of medical terminology

Calm under stress or emergency situations

Education

High school education or GED

Current Basic Life Support certification
