Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

As part of the nephrology healthcare team, you will provide safe and effective dialysis therapy under the supervision of a licensed nurse, including setting up machines, monitoring patients, evaluating vascular access, and maintaining documentation.

• Setup, testing, and operation of hemodialysis machines
• Recording vital signs and patient weights pre- and post-treatment
• Assessing vascular access and performing cannulation
• Monitoring patient responses and managing complications
• Reporting significant changes to supervisors
• Accurate data entry and sample handling
• Cleaning and disinfecting equipment and environment
• Supporting patient education and efficient supply management

Education and Licenses:

High school diploma or G.E.D. required.

Experience and Skills:

Dependable, compassionate, and collaborative traits are essential. Prior patient care experience is preferred but not required. Successful completion of our dialysis training program and CPR certification is mandatory.
